Walter and his crew were exceptionally professional and experienced. They showed up everyday on time and stayed all day. Walter checked in with me everyday to make sure we were on the same page. They cleaned up after themselves even after the job was finished. I can’t say enough good things about my new bathroom. Thank you Walter and Alcon Remodeling.

We had a big remodel of our main floor which included the kitchen, bathroom and dining room. Walls had to be removed, large beams put in place, the electrical/plumbing/hvac reconfigured, a large new kitchen island installed, and a new bathroom built. The guys at Alcon were extremely well organized and professional. The remodel turned out amazing! I highly highly recommend Alcon Remodeling!

Early this year, Walter and his crew with Alcon performed a transformative life extension project on our house at 173 Ponderosa Lane at Lake Arrowhead. Our house was the victim of a couple of poorly executed paint jobs (outside), by other local companies, which resulted in rotting around the windows and failed wood siding. It was a big job! Alcon dug in replacing wood in various areas around the house. Areas with wood that could be saved were refinished and repainted. Undamaged areas were left as is, then the replaced wood and refinished areas were painted to match the rest of the house. The Alcon crew finished this work quickly. Several neighbors commented on how great the house looked and were impressed, as was I, with the meticulous manner the work was performed. What excited us most was the work they did on our roof. We had been experiencing a leak in the chimney area of our roof for a couple years and had thrown a few thousand dollars at the problem with other local area contractors, with unsuccessful results. I talked to Walter about it, and he assured me he and his crew could fix it. To locate the exact location of the leak, Walter spent a good amount of time on the roof with a garden hose while communicating with one of his guys inside the house looking for leaks. And Walter was correct. He found the leak and repaired the issue! I really can’t say enough about Walter and his team from Alcon. These guys are very skilled, extremely hard working and are, by far, the best home contractor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with and I’ve been a home owner since 1981. I will trust them with any of our future home maintenance needs and highly recommend them. They don’t disappoint!

We had the full exterior of our home and deck painted, and this team absolutely blew us away. Their work was top-notch — efficient, detailed, and done with real care — but what truly set them apart was everything they did beyond the job. We had a pile of old wood and debris from previous repairs that had nothing to do with them, and without being asked, they loaded it up and took it away. That alone was incredible and honestly took our breath away. When they finished, they didn’t just leave things “good enough” — they put everything back exactly how it was, down to the smallest details like our porch setup and wind chimes. That level of respect and pride in their work is rare. If you’re looking for a team that delivers both quality and genuine care, these are your people.

We needed several screens replaced in our pool bungalow. Walter and his crews came highly recommended. After others we had contacted did not live up to their word we were skeptical. Not the case with Walter and his Company. He responded promptly when contacted, gave us a very reasonable estimate and was true to his word! In the end that is all a person has and it has become a rarity. Henry and crew worked diligently and did an excellent job! Also pressure washed our house, decks and concrete areas. Walter and his crew did a great job on rebuilding some steps and railing for our wooden porch. He also built us a new landing with steps going down to the backyard complete with a gate too. He showed up when he said that he would and completed the job when he said that he would. I would highly recommend Alcon Remodeling . Walter is the man!!!

Walter’s crew did a beautiful job transforming my screened porch into a lovely four season sun room. My wife designed the room to match the other rooms in our house, and they executed her design perfectly. The transformation only took four days.

A-MA-ZING!!!! They came through when no one else would, last minute to fix my leaking roof! They FIXED what another company had messed up! We are so so grateful!!
