The stairs to my front porch were failing, so I called a trusted friend, to mask him for a recommendation for a contractor, and he told me that the best guy to call was Walter Alcon, at Alcon Remodeling. Once they demoed the steps, the problem was obvious. They rebuilt the stairs and landings, the way they should have been done to begin with. A-MA-ZING!!!! They came through when no one else would, last minute to fix my leaking roof! They FIXED what another company had messed up! We are so so grateful!! Walter and his crew did a great job on rebuilding some steps and railing for our wooden porch. He also built us a new landing with steps going down to the backyard complete with a gate too. My project started with wallpaper removal throughout my house and then painting all of the walls and the trim. They did such an excellent job I had them install my hard floors. They kept me informed of situations they encountered like where there used to be a leak and part of the floor needed to be replaced before installing the new hard flooring.
